DO YOU HAVE SLEEP PROBLEMS, irritability, allergies, susceptibility to colds, lack of energy or motivation?

Today there are more pollutants and chemicals in our environment that compromise our health than ever before.

Your own house and products you use daily may be making you ill.

With sophisticated equipment , my keen sense of smell, and almost 40 years of experience in the natural products/wellness industry , I may be able to identify what is making you sick, and determine practical and cost effective methods to improve your health and environment.

Indoor Climate

It is no secret anymore that buildings – especially modern housing – can and do make people sick. This phenomenon has been studied for at least 20 years. The list of potential indoor pollutants and effects of low-level electromagnetic radiation is growing longer each year. The symptoms caused by “sick homes” are classified as Sick Building Syndrome (SBS), Building Related Illness (BRI) and Environmental Illness (EI).

What is causing an indoor air problem?

First of all it is the quality of the outside air. If you live in a big city or near an industrial area, your starting point is much worse compared to living in a rural setting, or even better near a beach or a waterfall.

Secondly, from testing we know the inside air is worse than the air outside because airtight buildings that often have insufficient ventilation are combined with building materials that outgas toxic chemicals. Mold growth as a result of moisture damage is also a factor in indoor air quality. All this causes a multitude of body problems such as headaches, asthma, allergies, hormone disorders and even cancer. The symptoms can be much more pronounced in small children, sick people and the elderly.

The World Health Organization estimates that 80% of cancer is from environmental causes. Linking the manmade chemicals that we have spread across the Earth to significant health effects, including infertility, hormonally triggered cancers, and neurological disorders in childhood.

Have you ever spent time in a building that embraced and nurtured you…body and soul, one that awakened and delighted your senses? Imagine being in a forest, near a gently flowing clear mountain stream. In order for us to be truly natural and healthy, our homes need to supply us with adequate opportunity to rest and relax, they need to nurture, as it is only through that, that we can truly recuperate at the end of the day and recharge with the strength to deal with the next day’s emotional and physical stresses.
